The construction of Phase two is under way for a luxury spa, a high-end KTV, various luxury private villas and an outdoor swimming pool.
The project has completed Phase one including a casino, restaurants, hotel, bars, tennis, mini golf and a beer garden. Phoenix International Travel Development Joint Venture Co., Ltd in partnership with Silver Heritage Limited Hong Kong to invest in the construction of an international star resort name The Phoenix International Entertainment Resort on the Phao Thu Hill, Dap Cau Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province, northern Vietnam.
